Code of Ethics

Introduction
The ATISoluciones Group has drawn up this Code of Ethics aware of the general interest in the company's principles of action, which requires the definition of specific uniform standards that will govern its actions now and in the future.
The company will apply the commitments publicly undertaken through its Code of Ethics and the standards of conduct established therein, which all its professionals and collaborators must know, accept and follow in the daily performance of their activity.
This code, as an update and revision of the previous one signed in 2010, was approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the ATISoluciones Group held on 1 June 2016.
Any professional of the company who, by action or omission, fails to respect this code shall be subject to the disciplinary measures applicable in each case in accordance with current employment regulations and internal policies and procedures.
